What does it really mean to follow your dreams? I encourage you to connect with yourself and identify what you have longed to do. Have you already followed your dreams and living each day living the dreams you have had? Are there dreams you are putting on the back burner? There are obstacles that can get in the way, do you know what they are? Fear, insecurity/doubt and blame are examples of what can get in your way of accomplishing what you have dreamed of or appreciating your accomplishments. Today, we will be non-judgmental and connect with our true selves to recognize where we are with our dreams, because you are worth it!
Identifying what we feel grateful for is one of the most healing tools we can use. When do you feel least motivated and/or lowest energy? A particular time of year? In the morning? At night? Our feelings and mood can be negatively effected if we have low energy and/or negative thinking. Our thoughts and mood can be positively effected by using gratitude daily and particularly in moments we do not feel like being grateful. Today, I encourage you to say at least ten things you feel grateful for.
